This year...2010...has been my year for shoes. All my extra money and any pennies I am lucky enough to find has gone to my compulsive shoe buying. Ive resorted to the buying plastic containers to store them in because I cant seem to remember what is in every box. Ok ok Step 1: Admitting the the problem....I'm sure Step 2 has something to do with figuring out how to curb the problem...but unfortunately the Fall shoe collection is drool worthy.
I'm always on the search for the most awesome pair....i'm a HUGE fan of  Smartbargains.com ...check it out definitely one of my favorites!

Happy Monday Everyone! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! I started mine off with a short trip to San Francisco to hang with my bestie...it had been far too long since we caused some trouble. I got the night started with some bubblegumtinis...I made that name up...but seriously has anyone ever tried bubble gum vodka? Its the best and taste like candy! Yumm...
I got to wear my new heels my boyfriend picked out...I was a little unsure but they turned out to be comfortable and I received mucho compliments! Good times in the City....

When All You Do Is Laugh...

When out at the bar I kept my skirt tied...but I couldn't resist letting it flow as we danced later...too fun :)

I have a very close group of friends...I have my California girlfriends...which you guys see a ton of. I also have my Nebraska friends which I only get to see a couple times a year...both groups are just as fun and crazy...and most of the time hanging out is spent laughing uncontrollably and making fun of each other in the nicest of ways. This night was spent eating steak at a fabulous restaurant with my family (steak in Nebraska...amazing)...then bar hopping with these chicas. I know my outfit had a slight spring/summer inspiration but that was because of two reasons:

1. I am having a hard time letting go of summer...its my favorite
2. Nebraska style needs more color...girls are most comfortable in black and white..and red...Husker red...So I thought my palette might brighten things up a bit!

I hate plane rides....seats are not big enough, the ride is never fast enough and the germs...ew... the germs ALWAYS make me sick. Ok enough complaining...at least I looked cute :)
I am in love with my new sweater I scored at Buffalo exchange for 15 bucks! Love good finds...Its a must to be comfortable when traveling. I always wonder how Victoria Beckham and Lady Gaga do it...seriously I would be unable to breathe in some of those outfits!

This weekend called for a fun night out..some dancing and drinks usually do the trick..we ended up in downtown San Jose which wasnt a bad thing but definately not the most prime location. Though people watching is one of the most interesting in this town...

   This outfit was based around my new blue top and my new wedges that had just arrived. I had fun putting this outfit together...I always enjoy playing with bright colors when going out on the town.

Summer is coming to a close...but in California the beach weather can be good year round. Little known fact that the weather at the beaches in Nor-Cal is worse during the summertime then during any other season! My roomie and I decided to take an impromptu drive the other day to do some hiking along the shore in Santa Cruz...and to are delight we found STARFISH! We were totally stoked and had never seen them in the wild before...in the end we found three...then we then felt bad and threw them back into the water... BUT SO COOL!

The Giants have totally been on a roll lately...here's some of my fave people and I at my first Game in San Francisco...they even won!
I gotta say sporting events are difficult to dress for, you want to show team spirit but you don't want to take things overboard...I am not an avid sportswear buyer as it is. I wanted to be fashionable without being fan obsessed and I must say it is hard to do when nothing in sportswear is on trend.
