It was all about the belt...My daddy gave it too me...it states exactly how this week was "BULLSHIT"....and my furry friend there...well thats my kitty Jello Shot :)

No worries though...I ordered online at Forever 21 and bought two living social deals today...AND I donated via text...I tried to do my part in this Japan tragedy...everyone else should too....anything and everything helps.

Hey hey everyone!

  Man it has been a crazy sad few days with the Tokyo tradgedy going on...I'm glued to CNN and just hoping and praying that things return to a somewhat "normal" for them soon. I have a hard time blogging and doing happy things when there is such a crisis going on and peoples lives are completely changed forever. 

  Tragedies as such always give me a BIG reminder to be extra grateful for everyone you come across and especially the people you love. Life can change in an instant and it is far too short to dwell or worry about petty stuff that wont matter in a day or month. So smile today, be grateful you awoke and tell someone you love them. 

 Spring is rolling in and i'm excited to try some color blocking, neon nail colors and even some blush/nude palettes!

Make It Take It Girls

  Hello Everyone!
   Another busy week for me with work and school when all I want to do is blog and think of the next best thing. I am currently in a class at school "Sales and Event Promotions"....SO time consuming...But I have learned SO much...any one else in fashion school? or studying marketing?

  These shots are from the make up shoot I posted about a week ago...My roomie does AMAZING makeup and I had so much fun doing shots for her portfolio. We were lucky enough to get some of all four of us being silly...I think they came out cute. My friends are the best ever!

I was SO excited to shoot outdoors when I got home from work....got everything ready...set up my DSLR and tripod...headed out...and of course...the fluffy clouds were covering my light.....so I waited...then sunshine!....went to turn on my camera...NO BATTERY....BOO....

So here is some shots indoors with my Canon...which I love...but isn't nearly as fun as my Nikon.

I LOVE this dress I have had it for many years and it was one of my first vintage finds in California...it has postage stamps on it...Awesommeeee! 

These shoes shoot me up to about 5'9...the world looks a bit different that high...I wish I was that tall...

Yay for Friday! I am trying to find something fun to do this weekend...thrift...beach...food?! Who knows...the possibilities are endless around here.
