Sometimes a trip back to hang out close friends and family is the perfect remedy for a stressful situation. Nebraska is a comfort zone and always will be. I will always be proud to be from there as it was an interesting place to grow up in, definitely shaped me into the person I am today and I couldn't be more happy about that. Would I recommend a fancy vacation there? No...Would I recommend a party/football weekend? Absolutely, they know how to have a great time.

It was a bitter sweet visit as my mom and stepdad our packing up and shipping out to Peru...YES Peru!...Excited for them....of course you know what that means?! PERU HERE I COME!
My mom started a blog to track her progress of getting there...Check it out for the fun, bumps and excitement of leaving and moving out of the country! Proud of them.

Hey heyy! 

Officially made it through Monday. 

My mom is coming on Wednesday and I couldn't be more excited...haven't hung out forever and shes staying a week. Should be awesome, it's always fun playing around California acting like a tourist and showing your favorite spots. 

This green dress was a score at Crossroad Training Company, the bottom part ties up to your liking of length...and it's comfortable in hot weather. My belt is vintage and still super sparkly, one of my favorites and I got it for 2 dollars.

Yesterday my lil roomie Jubster graduated highschool! WAY PROUD!!!

I remember graduating being one of the most awesome things ever. I thought I knew everything and was ready for the real world. Now that its been years later...I just smile and hope the best for her. Shes smart, talented and has her head on straight...the only way is UP from here Jub. LOVE YOU!
