My boyfriend graduated college on Monday...i'm SO SO SOOOO proud of him!! Congrats babe!

Once work is done today I get a week off...CANT WAITTT!!

I'm finally feeling festive and ready to spread some holiday cheer...eat some good food....an open some gifts!!

Hope everyone has a fabulous holiday with family and friends!! I didn't go home this Christmas and I miss my mom SO much! Skype date is a MUST!!!  I will be crashing my friends parties... FALALALAAAAA :)

Wow! Christmas is coming extremely fast...I DON'T have all my shopping done... but I have gifts for the people I care about the most...thats really all that matters to me.

My girlfriends and I decided on a holiday night out to a new bar that opened in the area...We attempted to be festive with holiday colors but by the end of the night they blurred together. Personally I cant stand the combo Red and Green...It's just as bad as Pink and Red...Cant do it...

My lightening bolt sweater has got to be one of my favorite tops I own...it's cropped and awesome and have never seen anyone else with is...True Love!

I hope everyone is excited for the Holiday as much as I am! Thank you for your comments and feedback on my last post...A lot of new visitors! Cant wait to check out everyones blogs!!

Boboli Pizza Crust...
Olive oil and minced garlic for sauce
Slice up mushrooms and red onions
Top with goat cheese
Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes

Mmmmm scallops...again I didn't make these but I do know they were baked.
Then you dip in butter...as you know anything dipped in butter is fabulous!

 My friends and I are always looking for a reason to eat....we crave things and talk about them for a couple weeks until we can find a reason to get together and make whatever has been on our minds. As you can see the menu is completely random but oh so good....we spend hours making and tasting and sipping wine. Most of the time someone passes out on the couch (ahem....Stine) from too much wine... one is watching repeat  episodes of Chelsea Lately... another is cleaning...me well i'm usually devouring whatever fashion magazine is floating around. It's pure bliss and good for the soul to be around people you love and adore.

These next few weeks always tend to be a little stressful on everyone...for some stress rolls of their back and becomes nothing more then a petty annoying reminder of things that are going on. To others stress changes their mood and attitude... I guess the best advice I am currently trying to follow is be helpful, listen, be scarce if someone is busy and don't take things too personally....at least try not to take things too personally...i'm a sensitive creature so I have to remind myself of this often.... What is your advice for dealing with stress?



10 days til Christmas!!! Ahhh the countdown has officially begun!!

Cant a girl just dress up for her man...I mean seriously I just wanted to look nice for him and feel like I was going somewhere awesome. Besides its sparkly and has totally been neglected in the back of my closet for months and months. I thought is was about time to bring out some holiday cheer/sparkle.

I attempted to go shopping this weekend...I just cant do it...I resort to online...I cant handle the lines or incredibly rude people it totally brings me down and does not boost my holiday moral what so ever. My roommates and I set up our 1 foot tall Christmas tree (if you follow me on Twitter you most likely saw'll this beast) and have been gazing at it ever since....To lighten and spruce things up we also bought a holiday scented candle...scent..."Christmas Tree"

This week has been long...really long. I way am glad tomorrow is Friday. Christmas shindig with my girlfriends this weekend...cant wait, were thinking oysters and vodka. Best combo one could ask for....lushes...we know :)

Wore this outfit to work today, I am completely a heels girls but it was raining cats and dogs this morning. I cant help but bust out my leather boots to take them for a spin when puddles are gathering outside. The jacket is Billabong...yes Billabong, I was completely surprised also as I have seen nothing else from this brand that I enjoy since I purchased this jacket a couple years ago....

1. My boyfriend is graduating from college on the 20th....I couldn't be more proud...I have currently been a cheerleader (which i'm not very good at and am probably more annoying then anything...but i just cant stand down)  to help him along this last grueling week of studying and finals.

2. Christmas is coming...FAST!

3. How come us Californians are freezing...at 58 degrees...yes here we turn up the heaters when its that cold....spoiled!

5. I want to post my x-mas list...but unfortunately it has turned into a novel...no biggie

Happy Friday Everyone!! Woohoo...its has been one long week adjusting back after a whole week off!

Anyways last night my girlies and I decided to step out on the town for a little dirtbag comedy (I swear this is what it was called I didn't make it up haha...dirtbag)...and it was definitely raunchy though dirty jokes are always good for a laugh or two!

I knew one thing...I wanted to wear my scarf as a top and my butterfly socks as feet warmers....I'm not sure where I come up with such ideas...but it works in my head!
